Flow, balance, and breathe on the beautiful Caribbean Sea with this one-hour Paddleboard Yoga class. Start on land with a safety brief and then hit the water. Enjoy a short meditation and move through a guided sequence of breath-connected postures designed to strengthen your core, improve balance, and calm the mind.

Perfect for all levels, this unique floating yoga experience blends mindful movement with the natural rhythm of the ocean—offering a playful, refreshing, and deeply grounding practice.

Includes:
60-minute guided class on paddleboard
Board, paddle, and leash provided
Basic paddle instruction

What to Bring:
Swimwear or quick-dry activewear
Water, towel, and sun protection

*Must be able to swim. Age limit 10 and above.

This grounding practice will bring you back into your body, to really feel connected, full of awareness. You'll move enough to shake off stagnation and get your circulation moving, but not at a hectic pace.

Class will include guided breathing and deep relaxation.

Beginners are more than welcome to join! Our teachers will help by offering options to adjust and modify yoga poses for any injuries or tender spots, including for pregnant students.
